Can't Connect

Hello guys I'm new to Warhammer stuff wanted to try this MMO but I can't connect. I get this error
Error starting: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'D:\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\WAR.exe' is denied.
