Weapon Skill Question

I am confused as to how weapon skill actually works.

If I have a weapon skill reduction of 30%, which of the following is correct?

Option A:
30% armor is reduced to 0%
90% armor is reduced to 60%

or

Option B:
30% armor is reduced to 21%
90% armor is reduced to 63%

What gives me this confusion is the fact that parry/dodge/disrupt is additive instead of multiplicative leading me to think that it is Option A?

Assuming Weaponskill Armor Penetration 30 %

Additive :
30 - 30 = 0
90 - 30 = 60


Multiplicative :
30 * (1-3/10) = 30 * 7/10 = 21
90 * (1-3/10) = 90 * 7/10 = 63

I found my error in reasoning. I thought you meant 30% of a targets armor is reduced by x and additional 90% where reduced by y. ...now it makes sense^^
As far as I understood it I would go for B.
