So I'm in the process of leveling a shammy again and am loving it so far. Just wanted to touch base on a few quick things moving forward with the current build of RoR
1.) Do knights still have triple shatter at 65' range? If so has anyone figured out how to play around it? I don't think I've ever seen a single ability that counters a whole class so hard.
2.) I remember back on live defensive stats were very important (getting your chance to be crit down and your armor and toughness up). Is this still the case over say willpower and heal crit?
3.) Is there a way to make Gork'll Fix It good? Maybe I'm just misusing it but it doesn't seem worth the AP cost in most instances. I know there are multiple tactic to modify it but I personally haven't found a way to make it good enough to merit a tactic slot. I'm hoping this is just user error though.
Anyway, hopefully the questions make sense. Thanks for taking the time to read!

1) 3x shatter is removed, only 1x shatter at 5ft
2) def stats > willpower and healcrit, dont need to spend rr into healcrit, you have a tactic
3) ap is a issue on sham, try using the 4pc tok accessory set with clarity, otherwise you will have to deal with it being meh, try using hot on cleanse tactic amd load up your friendlies with hots to heal

1, Correct. That tactic has been removed.
2, Dead healers provide 0 heals. 600 wounds, capped resistances, 2k armor, then dump everything else into ini/chance to be crit. CW/RD is removed, but they changed how avoidance works(use the search function for the math), so Deft Defender is pretty mandatory for a healer.
3, You can use Gork'll Fix It on the move. So, if you are kiting have the target HoTd, Cleanse is on CD, Don't Feel Nuthin is on CD, and you have no other way of Healing, then yes. Use Gork'll Fix It. Otherwise, don't ever. It's a waste of AP/GcD/CT.
Also, Shrug It Off now increases all heals on the target by 25% while it is active, and it stacks with Z tactic.

Awesome! Y'all are the best thanks. Is bastion stair implemented? I think I remember the heal crit weapons from it being a decent holdover until later reknown weapons. (warlord or sovereign)
