any tips on AP management for a heal shammy, no restoburst seems very painful

If you are having so much ap problems, yeah.

But i dont really see how you would be having them unless you are at a keep siege spamming group heals, for which you should have a set of tactics already put apart.

IF your issue is "i want all the sweet tools i didnt have on the am but also want wild healing" then i am afraid you are out of luck, there is only space for 4 tactics after all.

hot + DSU + cleanse dont proc restoburst, so idk if its that worth it, i might try out the ToK 4pc jewels with clarity

Again, restoburst is purely for group heal siege situations, mostly because they dont have wild healing like AMs do.

When you are in smallscale using their hots on the move, your mobility and more importantly, your other healer should be compensating for any problems you have, there is no need for restoburst, get some ap pots and you are golden.

That said, i can see how the disruption changes would make Shammies struggle a bit more when they cant drain ap from other healers.

well depends of your playstyle. I use pretty often BBG and GFI \forget to keep anyone alive purely by hots\ and they do proc RB,so it is worth to use it, at least from my pov. Aint done yet is not working on hots /basiclly more than half of shaman healing toolset/ so i would think twice about using it. Run away, Wazad behind you, RB, Extra mushrooms is quite solid tactic set

Try to drain mdps, they are usually dotted up already so its hard to cleanse, will still get disrupted %30 of the time but worth it Imo. Also when Onslaught set comes they should be ok even without the ap drain

i know how to healing more or less i think, got a rr69 am

not using aint done yet seems like a huge waste IMO

Dont need both tactics ( Run Away + Anti-Detaunt ) in a group, you already have 2 Detaunts too... Personally i cant heal without restorative burst in groups, x2 ap poties and ap drain on low disrupt classes like mdps ( and some 2h tanks xD ). Dont waste the drain on high disrupt players because the drain is not cheap and you'll starve even more. In some situations while doing sc's if you good with positioning and have others to backup you with guard and heal in case of necessary, you dont even need any of defensive tactics ( in RvR that's another history ) You can have an extra ( free ) hot also with Greener and Cleener tactic on each cleanse.
