Questions about the balance forum

My understanding of the balance forum is that the discution there are feed to the balance “board” and then mixed with the balance roadmap.
I would say that is a standard model. The forum gives player a chance to bring up arguments and stuff which are filtered when changes are planned by the board. There would be no way in my opinion to expect that a post leads directly to a change as there is already a backlog. But the posts can help the board to see other arguments and scenarios.
But just a foot note I think that the pace of change (even if we may not all like everything) is good and shows the devs and whole team are very effective, surprisingly effective for a volunteer set of ppl
