login not possible

Hello everybody,

In advance, I would like to apologize for my bad English and thank you very much for the opportunity to play my beloved game again.

Yesterday I downloaded everything and completely followed the instructions.

I can easily log in to the forum. When logging into the game but the error message appears that my username or my password are wrong.

I would be very happy if someone could help me in simple English.

I assume you are starting the game through the RoR Launcher ?

If so you could try if you find a folder like

C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Local\Return_of_Reckoning

delete this folder. Start the RoR Launcher again and try it to login your game credentials.

It always appears: Invalid Username/Password

This happened to me. I went into the forum and did a Reset/Forgot password, which changes it to a random string. I logged in to the game with the random string (which worked), then logged into the forums and changed my password back to what it was originally.

Wrong Password/Username

- This happens when you use numbers or special letters like russian letters or for example: á à â. Change your password (8 digit seems to be fine. It may take some days before working with login server) or create a new account.
