Guild heraldry, dye cost and palette

I know this isn't a priority and not suggesting it should be, but I was wondering if this might be some easily achieved "low hanging fruit"

Back in DAoC and live War, people were able to identify a guild or guild group from heraldry and/or colours

Whilst I think heraldry induces lag (not sure if this will be more or less given most computation is server side), but certainly offering the extended dye colour palette for low coinage (why charge big in game gold/silver for dye? You're not mythic! Why not introduce the expansion pack palette and have all dyes at say 5silver so even new players can dye (and then die)) and could make recognizable guilds or guild groups more common (as well as fun)

I hope Guild Heraldry will be functional.

T2 is actually a lot of work, and they have done an excellent job thus far for T1

Keeps, zone locks, VPs, quests, pqs, mobs, loot tables, a whole new raft of core abilities, Mastery trees and associated abilties, tactics are just some of the things they have to have working in some semblance of a stable manner before deploying to the main server

Almost worth them running a PTS for some of this other stuff and recruiting playtesters from the RoR community to help with the testing as unbalancing or destabilizing the core server could lead to adverse impact on the (growing) population

Dyes on the other hand, ought to be relatively easy to add and just ... fun

Players who don't understand the amount of hard work that needs to be done in order to make T2 possible should have their accounts withdrawn.

More dyes are simply funtastic!

We all know its a lot of work, thats why they should be focusing on that instead of dyes.

Although I prefaced the original point, saying I didn't think it ought to be a priority, adding the extended colour palette really ought not to be a big deal to implement (along with reduced prices) and something that might be easy low hanging fruit that people would like and enjoy

Nevertheless, I'll reiterate that I agree it shouldn't detract from their other core development (unless it's a quick/easy win)
