Can't play the game

Hi all! I apologize in advance for my bad english.. I got an issue i just can't solve out.. The game runs fine, i start the launcher, get in the game main menu, i connect to the server with no problems, i create my character, and until now it's all fine, but when i click play, i get stucked in the loading screen (the book with game tips) and it goes on forever, i stayed something like 15 minutes the other day and nothing happend, it continued to load the game... Mmm if you need more informations just ask.
Please help me i want to play this game so bad!!

Could be a key file of the game did not correctly copy to your system, when extracting.

If you still have the download files, try extracting them again (making a new game directory). If it still doesn't work, try downloading the files again.

OK, i'll try later to redownload and reinstall everything (What a damn work lol)
