Every DB site for WAR is basically dead at this point. If you're lucky you can use http://archive.org/web/ to find some stuff, but it's a huge pain. Gaarawar has a lot of useful stuff on his site, he did a lot of guides back in the day, but they're all in blog format. Easy enough to search, but not useful as a database.

war.mmodb.com was up and down over the past couple of years, I managed to scrape 90% of the items into some spreadsheets a while ago, that's what is being used to fix all the broken items. I don't expect we're going to add the internal database to the wiki at any point, but there's lots of stuff on there that's relevant to sets, epic quests, tome unlocks, etc.
