Random Major FPS Drops

Sense I started I have been having Major FPS drops during any kind of battle. I go to cast a spell and boom it freezes than continues again a few seconds later, its inconsistent and random but most often happens when I'm trying to attack or cast a spell. Now my computer can handle far more taxing games than this and my internet is more than capable to handle it so I assume its something else and more so believe that from other posts I have read. I wanted to make this new post to see if anyone has found a solution. I am on absolute minimum graphic settings and have not a single add on so it also can't be that.- Please help, Thank you.

Well it´s difficult to help with that little information.

There is a lot of very valuable information in these.

Don´t forget to clean out the "cache" folder in your Warhammer Online game directory regulary.
