Unable to play this damn game for way too long now...

Dear players of this damned game,

I have been experiencing something very annoying.. Everytime when I play the game I instantly crash, I have done EVERYthing except for re installing because I do not believe this will resolve anything. So.. I crash everytime I try to play. Sometimes I am able to play 10 minutes but not longer than that. It just instantly crashes without any errors or popups, I have tried to find a solution but what surprised me is that many other players had this issue but never really knew how to solve it, so these players just quit playing the game.. also these posts never got a response from admins. Do these admins even know a solution for this?

/stuck while in loading screen doesn't work. (game runs for 3 seconds than crashes again)
This issue is not based on what side you play, what I mean by this is:

Witch Elf - Able to play 15 minutes for the first time, then keeps crashing forever.
Dwarfs - Able to play 15 minutes for the first time, then keeps crashing forever.
Elves - Able to play 15 minutes for the first time, then keeps crashing forever. And so on.

Note: I have tried everything, lowering my graphics, un-ticking read only, disabling add-ons, running the program in compability mode windows 7 and more. Nothing worked.
Note + : When I try to untick read-only on the Warhammer Age of reckoning folder it doesn't work. It automatically enables it again.

Please let me know of anything, just anything , any possible solutions or something else.

But overall reinstalling just means to download it completely. Put in launcher and maybe directx version.

Apart from that: abandon every quest and leave guild if you are in one.

And if it happens after 15 minutes I would guess it is an buffer or temp file thing. Please check point in my list on deleting temp files folder.

I am re installing it right now. I will do everything step by step and hope it works! thanks for responding I will let you know if it's fixed!
