Unable to create Character

Hello Spport team,


MY Probblem is as follows. Installation and Log-In worked fine but now I get to the Character screen and can't advance. Music plays and the Char screen is animated, but I don't have an option to create a character. There is a small black box on the right side of the screen and the four buttons "cinematic", "credits", "settings" and "quit" below. Apart from that I can't find anything to inetract with.

I'd appreciate some help. Thank you.

I tried the preformance indikator fix as described in the tech forum. It never worked until I ran the "cmd" programm as administrator. Everything runs smoothly now.

Basically follow these instruction from the dev team. Simply run "cm" as admin.

You need to rebuild performance counters. How to manually rebuild performance counters:
1- Go to start, and type in the search box "cmd". Right click cmd, and run as administrator.
2- Type in the command console, "cd c:\windows\system32", and hit enter.
3- Then type "lodctr /r", and hit enter.
