I can't get any exp/rr/inf while guarding BOs after the "exp boost hot fix" last night
Is it bugged?

Per new RvR rules, if the keep is Rank 3 or above, BOs are not giving exp/rr/inf. Was that the case maybe?

no, I mean nothing AT ALL, no matter how many keep rank they(or us) got. still can't get any exp/rr/inf while guarding BOs

Those tics are so little no need to worry about it... Just roam and play the game. Most likely the keep was at rnk 3 anyway...
