Unable to change the guild emblem

Our guild leveled 10 and I wanted to create the emblem.

I've selected everything (patern, shape & stuff) but only the emblem logo didn't change, it keeps displaying the basic one.

I did it twice (20golds) for the same results.

Could you help me please?

Guild Emblem can be chosen and shown at guild rank 20.

And as a side question: Why are ye founding a second French dwarf only guild? ;)

As a headsup from my experience: you can create the heraldic with a lower guild rank, around 10 or so. BUT, your guild have to reach a certain level, so that the heraldic will be displayed on cloaks and banners. You first can see the colour and the pattern, later the emblem itself when you reach 20. I created the banner for Averland Greatswords early, my gold was gone and i couldnt see any result. But it worked automatic when the guild reached higher level. There is a list under the guild tab somewhere where you can see at what rank the guild unlocks special things. Be patient, dont despair, it worked.

Our guild was created a long time ago on DAoC/Midgard, it wasn't a pure dwarf guild at this time but it became one when WAR was announced. We are know waiting for CU to create our Dvergar guild but we need to train our troops in the meantime :)

Btw Dammaz Kron (as I assume this is the 2nd guild you're talking about) where our allies on live servers and we re-created the alliance now on RoR, to purge some grudges together :)

Yeah we noticed about the pattern and colour, that part worked, this is also why we were surprised not to see the emblem as well. Now we have to go on xping the guild :)
