Blue Clock beside the Characterportrait ?

I've got a question about that thing in the headline:
sometimes i got a blue clock at hte right side (3h) from the char.portrait between the hp and ap lign. i asked yesterday in a few chats but nobody knows about that clock. it was shown time to time, not reproducable, in town and free fields, with buff and unbuffed, rvr flaged and non-flaged.
I tried to check the inet and the old usermanuel, but find nothing. So maybe anyone here could give me an answer what the clock will show me? Whats this blue clock?

When you upload something, keep the resolution high, because you can barely see anything on your pic. Move your mouse over the symbol and it will probably tell you what it means.

ok, here is a better one. you will see the 1/4 blue clock between the hp and ap. i get no tooltip by mouseover.

That's the morale indicator, showing wich morale level he is on (1 slice means morale 1 is avalible)
