Splendid work, with rkd being 13p now, shouldn't the core SW disarm be made ranged now? :ugeek:
I notice a distinct lack of any IB buffs what so ever, i.e. Guarded Attack getting the same-ish stacking treatment, Oathstone affecting Oath Friend, Avenging the Debt made into a self-cast bubble for both of you, instead of that 300hp on kill garbage, or Away with Ye punt distance scaling with Grudge or Power Etchings debuffing wounds instead of a knockback.

< magus player, its crazy good to the point where it may be too much, your personal meta however isnt a factor, I would suggest something radical, like trying it first.
I do know my personal meta is not the factor and I am happy with how things change because it makes other players try new specs and have fun with something new (I do not just play this class for 1 spec only). I was asking because I was using Firestorm for quite some time in different situations and I mentioned storm+mist cause that one made most sense when it comes to combination with other mastery spells.

I did try the change which is why I mentioned how nice the slow is (slow rate should be a bit reduced though or maybe have slow effect people only close to the center of the aoe). I noticed that Firestorm is still lvl 9 spell in the mastery tree, is that a bug or was the change reverted?

The storm debuf effect on the enemy target does not show the percentage of the slow or that there is slow at all.

This is all my opinion for what its worth and I am giving my feedback, I am not expecting any changes just because I think differently. Just posted because I thought you would want to know what I or others might think, that is all (not saying that others think like me).

Firestorm spell is great 9point ability (too strong for 9 point ability atm). Problem with this being a 13 point spell is that it makes you spec into range firestorm and then close range aoe from 3rd tree and that spec feels similar to rift so we end up with BoC spec or rift/firestorm which plays similar. I guess I was just happy with storm+mist cause we had more variety.

I meant to ask whether they were permanently removed, or if they will be making a return after the test phase. They're a good spot for butchering ballistic potion ingredients, after all. Regarding these new items, why are they limited edition? You think it's a good idea to give items to players that other players won't be able to get later (especially if they are close to bis as you said, that rr boost ring seems juicy)? I'm guessing you will release new items that are permanent soon after that.

Then let's test. And adjust if needed. Nothing is permanent.
Knight snare is 10sec uptime, 5 sec CD. The tactic does not change the duration of the snare what so ever.

Any way to preview the appearances of these "almost BiS" new rare drops? I suppose there is no way to actually work towards farming them, and at best you can just pray to RNGesus and hope something occurs?

The kotbs snare is super powerful, everyone knows that, we can stop discovering warm water here. People also seems to forget that snares can be defended against, and that dps classes have snare immunity. So no, bo will never keep 9 people perma snared. And with a 10s cd, you won't keep anyone snared really.
