I asuming that the current version of HTL can't really be fixed at this state so i'm gonna add a proposal to change it.
[Reasoning]
HTL not working to protect allies is imo at the same level of gamebreaking as if Guard or Ressurect would'n work.
This skills is meant to be used to fight large quantity of players and giving you a solid chance even when outnumbered.
It's one of the skills that helps you overcove the odds by playing defensivly. It needs to function properly to get good ORVR gameplay.
[Proposals]
1: Instead of being directional, it just flat up gives av buff of 20% Dodge/Disrupt to all party members when channeling. This effect is stackeble.
2: Instead of being a defensive buff spells that channels behind it's caster, it's now a frontal channeled, 50 feet cone, offensive debuff that lowers BS/INT by 50% if hit.
3: While channeling HTL every tank counts as 2 targets rather then 1 for the sake of AoE hitcaps aswell as increasing own Disrupt/Dodge by 45%.
