bug display

Hello

I have a problem in play with the display of luminous objects or portal or other.
Kind the flags of the scenarios black and white flache very quickly. with the world on it becomes unplayable. Even when I play a magical class, my own magic does that.


I put just two pictures to show but it flache so fast that I can not show you better.

I think I am having the same problem, but i couldn't find how to fix it yet

I reinstalled the game and updated all my drivers but nothing changes.
I do not know what to do.

Damage that diminishes the gaming experience
