Looking for peeps to level with.

I am currently level 24 and content has become much slower as i have to do every quest because I can not do the PQ's. Was hoping to find some peeps to level with or someone i can pay gold to power level me. I am a squig herder and hoping this is the correct place for this post :')

Best way is just to do RvR so you won't fall behind on your RR level. Scenario's for example are a good way!
