Friend Cannot Make Account

I had no idea where to post this and so figured it would be best put here. The issue that is being had is that a friend of mine informed me that, after being told about RoR, he tried to make an account but his email address is already in use. After trying multiple different usernames that he, and his brother (in the off-chance it was he who used his email to make an account), typically use, he made no progress. I suppose what I'm asking here is if someone on support could get in touch with me so I can hand over his email and they can get in touch with him directly and work things out. Again, I really had no clue where to put this, so I apologize if it is out of place.
