What is this addon

Hi,
I saw a addon which shows that damage and skill together. I'm giving screenshot below. What is the name of this addon.

you can configure Warhammer Scolling Combat Text (WSCT) to show ability icons, or ability names. it might cost a few FPS though, and most often a shortening of the ability name is enough, though icons look cool too I guess
