what should i do if bug report keep closed

clearly it's because my english. mis-communication.
don't wanna spam it. it's already closed 2 times. ( same report but 1 from me, 1 from other player )
what's official way to contact that gm to explain more clearly.
PM from this site ?
or I have to use github? i'm not familiar with it.

Github is the place to report bugs, register a username, click the RoR link, sign in, create new big report, write a sentence, attach an screenshot, job done

Couple of questions: Did the closed report have any tags on it, or comments that cross-referenced it to another issue, that would indicate why it was closed? It may have been closed because it was already reported. Also, if the problem seems to be an english translation issue, do you have a way to get your issue translated so that it may be understood more clearly?

it's little complicate bug. he closed it with it's normal comment. i'm 99% sure it's bug.
i'll try a few more times.

Get photos or vid evidence and repost it if ur 100% sure its not a normal thing.
