Kicked out when loading

I was playing the game just fine this morning. But when I was trying to go to IC, I was kicked out of the loading screen and sent back to character selection, and was unable to enter the game. I restarted the game and pressed enter. Nothing happened. I kept doing this about 20 times and gave up. Later today, I logged in again and everything was fine, no problems whatsoever. Then I joined an sc, and got kicked out of the loading screen. Same issue.
I've tried using Hotspot Shield (don't know if it's supposed to help, but might aswell try) and it didn't help.

I have absolutely no clue of how to fix this whatsoever.
Any help would be much apreciated.

When that happens, try typing /stuck. Do this 2 times while in the loading screen.

Thank you very much, that helped. But is there a way to permanently fix this issue? Or am I going to be stuck with it from now on?
