the following is my opinion, of course. I don't think we'll see too many come back to regular play until more RvR patches are implemented. Also, it's now summer and I won't be around much till maybe after summer.. so busy anyway.
Some dev's hinted that they will continue work on RvR sometime in the future. Right now it's hard to participate in RvR generally as it's not as casual friendly as it has been in the past. Well, one can always find something somewhere but it might not be the Tier you are hoping for.

Thought it was funny seeing Kagaz criticize other players, literally only ever seen him die solo in the lakes

I only die solo half the time and that only happens so much because i'm usually the first to attack a zerg and the last to run away from one, the other half of the time the healers behind me bother to heal me because they have bothered to notice that not only am i almost single-handedly smashing apart entire formations but i am also kicking some major ass.

Behind every great tank is a healer who cares.

That is a matter of perspective, Gdy is a worthy leader to be sure but Ocara is indecisive and... well at least he trys harder than most.

For months now i've been purposefully starting PUG warbands and filling them up and then leaving the wb after making the first person to complain at me or insult me the leader, half the time this produces the wonderful effect of bringing new and interesting leadership talent to the fore, i'm quite smug about it at this point, i've caused some excellent and unique games to occur by simply abandoning everyone.

I started doing that right around the time destro stopped getting seals of domination...

Ocara is indecisive yes, is better make like Kagaz and dont follow the leader of the wb, and when the enemy is waiting for you in the keep produce another ram and attack again and again. And then when the wb leader is tired to ask where is the enemy, please repack with me, what happen in the keep.. Say the fail is for the leader.

You are a bad person Kagaz, you are a person without honor, and with a lot of venom.

If NA need leaders they need a lot of patience for recive the major part of the time whisp of bad players saying "¿why you remove?, if is a public wb i dont need follow you. I dont recomend to much be a wb leader, over all when you need stay thiking where is the enemy, where are your allies, where is the rest of your wb, where you need move, etc. Of course the major problem is the members of your own wbs, with few capacity of read and you need stay behind 23 players. Like seems normal are very special, they dont go to lead of course but if you remove them for dont follow you they can make like kagaz, but well kagaz is a very special bad person, i dont recomend follow this men for his few capacity of think in the battlefield.

For dont speak much you need have patience, and people with capacity of follow and read. Is not only the leader, is a group of 23 persons more.

You're doing it wrong, it's as simple as that, lots of people don't get it right, it's no big thing so long as you learn over time.

From now on, when i see something going fundamentally wrong, when you are leading, i will just say nothing, okay?


p.s. I took a ram from keep to keep in Caledor all by myself, if i can do that then you can do it with a wb behind you ANYTIME.

Considering u just provide for the general insults, massive rage , the fact u like to spawn rams on your own without a wb to back u up . its super fun .
Ocara has his things but he try to get the job done with the usual mindless zombies from pug wbs . that is not a nice job and takes patience .
And atleast he has the common sense to not lead a pug wb into a caledor keep defended by a whole bomb wb without the support of other organized wbs . soemthing you actualy wanted to do.

Good one, you just insulted absolutely everyone to defend his failures, nice, very nice.

I myself actually find it to be quite enjoyable and i am fully aware of the patience required to lead a pug wb but then i usually don't fail to make decisions WHEN they need to be made so naturally it's always much easier for me.

He BEGAN by doing EXACTLY that, the attempt failed and he refused to attempt to rally people for another TRY before the keep doors went back up, i myself have both failed and MASSIVELY SUCCEEDED at doing that, it's where Araco and i differ on this.

Nice initiative but there are more important things to do atm imo:

1-both sides needs at least 1 dominant warband guild for campaign progress.

2-both sides needs pug leaders for create action.

Population is important yes but taking initiative and creating action is more which na lacks a lot. I don't know how many times i create action on x side and farmed them on y side when game is boring af.

Essentially this. Destro has Gdy and Ocara leading the pug WBs as of late, but I don't really see any Order pug 'organised' WBs to the same degree. Also, it seems pretty common during NA for the actual Order WBs to be very quiet/not coordinate much.

lol... Ocara is FAAAAR from NA and GDY never play late night, NA time so he is most likely not NA at all.... and thats a fact!

We have less players, NA, Euro... than on live because RoR is more oriented for group and guild than Age of Reckoning, who was more oriented Realm game like all Warhammer game.
Realm mean = made for all, all players are welcome, all players can play the RvR, they can take an active part in the Realm event, their Realm.
Now, as I said above, the RoR RvR is a Group and Guild oriented more than ever (RvR mechanics working for this), Group and Guild includ less players than a Realm, it is obvious.
And there is no Realm here, only guild competitiv, or some group killer competitivity.
When the Tier 4 have been released we have seen every day more and more insult in direction of casuals players, was some guys who was harassing all the players on all the chat to force them to play this game like they want; Because some people here can not accept that others have a different look on the same thing, have a different approach.
Now you have this game for you only, congratz, nice thing for you, with only pro(nerds) who can spend all their life/time online (In game/ On forum).

I was playing on badlands server more than on the Karak Norn server, BD was full of casuals and Open WB more than KN, it was a really fun server, we was not grouping every time (especialy on low Tiers) but many intensitiv moments and fun.
There was some little guild 1fg/2 fg... (legion of boom, french kiss...) and they was staying in because there was many casuals players, good or bad.

RoR is a nice server but now is not a server for all, so it will be never full like it was at the begining, orlike a DAOC private server, RoR is an oriented game for certain types of peoples, nolife first, casuals last..

What about weekly (RvR) events during NA time, like the ones from the Bitterstone Thunderers during EU time? Like 3x a week for each tier? To show NA pop is active on all tiers and new ppl might spread the word that this server is active and fun? Maybe the initiative must come from the current playerbase itself to get stuff going on the server?
