Addons from a gameplay video

Hi guys,
I'm completely new to Warhammer and I'm really enjoying it. I would like to set up my Interface like in this Video of Notade: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4kkJB1gIgfw . Really like how clean and unconfusing it looks. I already tried the search function but with no success. I've never done anything with Addons yet and i would take ages to find out by myself what he is using in the video.
Therefore my request: Can you please list the Addons You recognize? Thanks a lot in advance!

• daocbuff
• zmm/minmap
• warboard
• RVMOD_PlayerStatus (don't forget to download dependencies)
• res
• queue queuer
• closet goblin

I've got antoher problem. Installed an addon, which deactivated most npc names over the heads except for the important ones. Does anyone know which addon is capable of that or how i can revert that. Thanks!
