Slayer M4; most efficient way to build it

Morale gain rates are seriously nerfed on this server. So... almost all the 72 spec specific m4 builds are not worth it.

Natural morale gain rate on RoR is 10 morale per sec for 95% of the situations. On AoR it was 36 morale per sec for a full group which there were options to get it even higher.

You normal wear some gear which build you morale per second and this take any 4 min. to build M4 from skaven. Only must carefull to not die, use for this ticking cheance tactic and cleasing wind 3 lvl. You may play in this build solo.

Yes this work, not always but poor destro may be suprised.

Any 4 min. in SC, in WB faster becouse it's any another system building morale.
