Not really, they are the base tactics
i wasnt talking about mastry point investment tactics

you have limited tac slots and my point is that you cant run or really should not run both auto detuant and speed boost tactics as there are other things you need to slot
the only tactic u should invest in is waaagh! frenzy and its not even that obligatory

Run away is to to to to to good to not use it. Auto detaunt mayb! But gobbo without Runaway is crazy

>cleansing winds
>resolute defense
>Crafted pot + Medallion pot (These can heal you from 10% to full hp if you are using the good ones)
This the the cheese trifecta you will see just about any top players in guild groups using or at least 2 of them.

Willpower scales like ass because of the flat modifier to a gigantic base value, so feel free to slot up armor talismans, and use defensive gear etc...

Get extremely familiarized with tab and targetnearest + detaunt, a 1 sec difference can easily be the difference between living and dying.

Auto detaunt and speed proc tactics are OP

Know what abilities are priority when you are and aren't heal debuffed (for instance absorbs will be comparatively worth more than any heal you have when you are double debuffed)

always use an armor pot

WL pet can be knocked down with your AoE punt from 30ft? out, the punt is also amazing in general to get pressure off you from melee.

The rest is really about situational awareness, positioning, and triage as a healer. Know what is or is about to be in range that can pose a threat to you, constantly adjust your position so you have an escape route and the least of amount of threats can get to you in the longest amount of time. And never put yourself in a bad position to save someone doing something idiotic. Healer class in this game gives you the best vantage point to watch people do absolutely dumb ****, just pretend you are like some sports caster covering a match and you will not only have fun, but learn a lot about the game and how random people play. And once you really understand the game and watch what people do in PUG sc's you will learn to hate life.

This sums up healer life pretty good.
Dying is no option.

Positioning and an intelligent use of detaunts are vital.
You don't need auto-detaunt for WL. Try to single detaunt on sight always or use fast area detaunt if he reachs to you first ( dont need to click any target with AD )
Don't forget to use Eeeeeek or Punt, its works fantastic to get their dps pressure off you.
Don't go full glass cannon willpower shaman and get defenses like armor/toughness and my favourite xD ( Wounds ).
M2 Focused Mind is priceless to escape in many situations.
In T4 you can use punt with the lion to prevent pulls.
Ohh and never stop moving.
