mm try move warboard in the up of the screen, delete the folder of characters ui and re-save. maybe it will work idk

It is SNT buttons. I still had to wrestle with it for a while but if you outright disable it I imagine it will work.

if you are using SNT buttons, edit the rows/columns in the edit menu
if you are using textured buttons do it in the interface menu

i disabled all of them and I'm happy as ever with buttons that stay where I put them
