Game logs in but can't click buttons?

Been taking a break from WAR to enjoy other games, feel like playing again. Has been 2-3 months.
I can log in fine, game loads up and I go to click play but the button isn't active. Same for all button on menu screen.

No idea how to fix, any ideas?

Running correct build, afaik no major changes to game have occurred.
I have a green outline in shape of a square flash in top left corner which I never had before. When I click inside it, it makes windows error noise. Nothing else to do.

Sounds like corrupt data/runtime issues - you might wanna try a clean installation or sorting out your PC, something on your end (drivers, properties, runtime libs, ...) might have changed in the meantime.

Thanks, I'll try reinstalling but everything else runs fine.
