An error occured.. please help

I tried everything but it keeps sending me this message..

I already tried the properties and unread it but nothing happens when i turn it off.. for some reason it automaticly turns on lol

The ROR launcher is in the same folder as the War exe icon.

Oke now my last solution is that u guys maybe can help me. thank you

Possibly something is corrupt. Hard to tell for certain. Try downloading the launcher again and/or downloading the game again.
