random switches from bordesless windowed to fullscreen

sometimes after i alt tab and press enter after (using chat) my game switches from borderless windowed to fullscreen and the game screen becomes all black. anyone know how to fix that?

inb4 "dont alt tab", please post something more constructive

EDIT: apparently there are some people reporting me for quitting scens. its only because i need to force crash my game to resolve this issue. dont want to get banned :)

You can get banned for leaving scenarios?
