Error when launching the game

Error starting: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable
at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithShellExecuteEx(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)
at RoRLauncher.Client.Handle(PacketIn packet)

Not sure what i have done wrong, some help would be really appreciated.
