There were no problems for low ranked chars in t2 or t3. All you need were proper items for your rank, at least blue talismans and the bolster buff. This is hardly a difficult task. It's a bad excuse for laziness.

You can do this in any tier and without LotD gear in t3. This happens against enemies who lack basics. Who don't notice or counter your DoT rotations. Who use no resist buffs or play with no talismans or potions at all. Just basic crafting stuff, no LotD items are required.
This is the reason they fail, not rank differences or special items.

Even if t2 is coming and the lvl cap will be raised to maybe 25, with new levels comes more abilities who will get bugged, every new level raise will bring more bugs. And that is what we must handle with afterwards.

I would like to say something about the no exp book.
I started with war too late (end of 2011) and so I don't lived the rr80 Times. I got in t4 with my slayer at rr60. (Pls tell me the set of that) and the way to rr80 or even rr70 was hard because I got the feeling that the lakes were full of rr+90 players. It was really hard, especially for a squishy dwarf. I only made it to rr83 till shotdown. What I want to say. Many people suggested me to stay in t3 until at least rr 80, in the time where I played the Wp. I thought that this was just to bizarre but they were right because it will get very hard for a lowbie in t4. I thanked mythic to add this rr70 (sorv?) Set. It was nearly like rr80.
But I have to say that the last months were just hard to make renown

No this happens when you can burst people down with a single rotation because you have bugged talis and the best consumables and they have the actual gear for that tier.



Its not skill to kill with a single rotation its one of wars serious problems massive gear imbalance. Book just allowed people to keep this advantage endlessly. You have to level up and start at the bottom again thats the whole point of having tiers.

Keep on thinking it was the lotd stuff and ignore the truth. BW/SORC are meant to be deadly without cleanse, resists, detaunt, guard or proper play in general.
You simply destroy targets who lack support, same with any other dps.
You can do the same with green random drop weapons with less than 200 dmg bonus on casters. I did it and I had fully twinked chars as comparison.
It's no skill to kill them, it's their lack of skill or just laziness what kills them.

Absolutely ridiculous. Wars massive weakness that killed it within a couple of years was its terrible class balance and massive gear disparity. The fact is certain classes have a huge advantage in certain tiers because the game was meant to be balanced at 40. Then allow them to /xpoff at this point and load up with bis and consumables.

This attitude was too rife in war after most of the better players left. Ill have my fun and **** the rest. Thats the attitude that saw the community shrink to the levels it did. Everyone should have fun. Not just those booking at the point where their class gets the most advantage. Its just a crutch for baddies.

There are 2 good reasons not to add books.
They were only added because of the power gap with entering an already heavily rr100 populated t4.
Uthgard the daoc private server debated /xpoff and finally removed it and most agree it improved the game.

Ofc rush it, i stop play atm cuz league of legends still more funny.... Scenario begin to be sadly borring, ppl don't wanna go rvr cuz they don't loot gears and nice renown... Who the **** care about that pls...
to my mid u have to :
1- party/wb fix (ppl will move more theirs ass on open rvr)
2- t2 (no need keep atm)
3- CC (mad kitting)
4- cast/guards/melee abilities works well
5- rr/career tactics
Keep ur motivation devs u still better than devs on live server

CC for mad kite in tier 2? I doubt any classes have any good CC on Rank 20. LOL might be fun for you, less for others But i totally understand your choice. Tier 2 without keeps? Should they open Tier 2, so we can wait months and months before they fix RvR there? like in Tier 1.. Nope.

Are you serious? What bolster? You are lvl 39, do the math for 1 rank bolster in SC.
Dmg and kills depend on opportunities. WC camping favors rdps. Bad timing or placement leads to worse results.
He hardly did bad because of gear alone. He was just worse than you.
Guess what happens, when there is no xpoff. Lower tiers become ghosttowns and starting a new char becomes an aweful experience. Don't get me wrong, we need no LotD but stop blaming gear, when you should blame players.
Some classes are just great in killing newbies, while it is easy to counter them in a group environment.
