My Account just got CLEARED

Hello,
My problem is CLEARED account. On the beggining i'd like to say, that NO GAMEMASTER was talking to me and my guildmates told that there wasn't any message on chat that I got BANNED.

Getting started i went afk about 18:45 to clean up my room. When I wanted to log in i saw this:


When i log in there was only STARTING set and some gold (Gold "saved"):

Of course, bank is empty TOO.

My friend send me the SS from the Guild Log:

These are chars with my NICKNAMES. But not only them disapears. Few of them which wasn't in the guild disapeard too.

I don't know what to do, so please respond me fastly.

Did you give your password to anyone? If your account wasn't wiped cuz of a ban, I can't think of anything else but someone deleting your chararcters.

No, i didn't gived anyone password.

That character name isn't in the DB, I'm not sure how you're even seeing it tbh. It wasn't the result of a rogue GM, or anyone on the team. They would have left some breadcrumbs.

Malicious player who knows your account info would be my guess. Strongly consider those guildies left a few seconds after the next, instead of all at the same time.

reminds me almost 2y ago there was a bug which did such thing, it "deleted" all your items if u were online/tried to run the launcher meanwhile they were rebooting the server.

Maybe wait for server reboot and hopefully all your chars will be back?

My guilds character count went from 249 to 247 after the sc-fix reboot but no one had left the guild before and/or after the reboot - no leaves or kicks were noted in the profile>news section of my guild tab.
