Stuck in a black screen

i can't play everytime i launch the game load and then there is only the hud to chose the server,setting,credits,quit,please help me!

Looks like the game possibly didn't download properly. Which download links did you use?

I used the normal download links and it worked fine. Downloading via Mega is risky, because Mega can easily put Malware/Viruses/Trojans on your computer and downloads.
If you're used to Mega and know how to download while avoiding viruses, you probably installed the files incorrectly.

Well, in this case: The Mega links are clean, and there's no chance of malware etc.

I'm not sure where you got this information from. However if anything MEGA would be safer. MEGA files are encrypted from when they are uploaded and ONLY decrypted once you download them. So the files cannot be tampered with or be opened without the decryption key.

This is how they try to get around laws megaupload had problems with.

ok guys i was able to create a character even when it is on the black screen after a created him it goes to the loading screen and quit. i downloaded the game and the launcher several times but nothing i dont know what can it be i never had this problem with other games did anyone was able to fix it?

I am also stuck in black screen, but after I load my character. I have no problem creating or selecting a character. I click 'play,' and then all I can see is my UI against a black screen. Could that be from the download? I did the 10 part direct download.
On my previous attempt, I was able to play until I got disconnected.

Sounds like some key files are incomplete when you downloaded them. Try again and maybe use a different link just in case.
