Current system between medalions and emblems is pretty kinky ,first all earning process makes no sense,i mean earn medaliosn in warbands ,example we build warband and other faction has oganized warband going,thats means stuck 3-4 h in one zone,destro attack our keep they fail we attack their keep we fail again again again. till one warband log off,this process is annoying and not giving us rewards,cmon 2-4 medalions is reward in ror nowdays ?
ofc if you hawe 6 man grp running seems that fastest way earn them.and if you atleast capture keep ...that lucky kinky system in chests(keep chests) rolls... maybe mythic did that same kinky system at begining ,but i know they rekt that system ,and im very happy person that i join warhammer when they already rekt that kinky system.in live chests was casual nathing special , in ror thats WOW WOW ,alright today we **** a litte bit aruond BOs kill few enemy and rubbing hands.

I'm not sure if that's some kind of rant, complaint, change proposal or just a monologue about the medallions / emblems? If you expect to start a discussion, please list your arguments against the current state of affairs and propose a better solution, backed up by proper examples.

Even after playing with Pavoss for close to a year, I still have no idea what his rants are about :^)

What happened at the end of War I think is currency was murged into 1 so you could do rvr or scenarios depending on what you liked and then buy whatever you wanted to use.

I prefer doing scenarios for example because my potato can not handle rvr at all. I do roam every now and then but as soon as zerg is in the area (ally or enemy, doesn't matter) everything freezes which is up to my own machine. Anyway, gear I want to use at the moment is locked behind rvr participation and casino rolls and obtaining that is quite hard even when I roam for hours since there is that casino roll section of the loot roll that messes up everything.

I wonder if devs could let us know if it is possible to have 1 general pvp currency for both scenarios and pvp and then it would be up to players to decide what they want to do. If it is possible and they do not want to do that what could be the reasons behind that because this carrot on a stick is kind of getting old.

It is possible, and we're not interested in repeating a mistake. Scenarios are a mini-game, they're not tied to the core game. We don't want scen only players to be starved for gear, so they can earn their own stuff. Be happy for that, it could be worse.

Complaints like this really come off like "I don't like how this is, make it how I want it to be or explain yourself!"

What you consider as a mistake is considered as an improvement by others.

Let us take DPS shaman as example. To get decent gear this player is forced to spend endless hours in scenarios although he/she might be the ORVR type of player

Hmmm endless hours with dps shammy? For Best in slot you need 1200 emblems not more.

My intention was not to come off like that (not every non english person commands the language in a way where he can perfectly express himself) and that was not a complaint. I just wanted to know what staff thinks about this and to get some kind of explanation.

As you ask of us to give a detailed explanation why we would like something to happen it would also be nice to know the same from staff point of view and maybe after that pin it so people don't ask the same question again (Just saying what would be nice, I know you are not here to please the randoms but detailing everything in a topic with a brief explanation would help from making most of the posts).

No matter how we look at it there will be RVR specific players tied to farming scenarios because that is where their gear for a specific spec is. As I said before I do roam but age of casino part of the roll is not my cup of tea. I actually don't know anyone that likes the roll system but that is another story as it is really hard to reward people since everyone has a different task in rvr.

Scenarios are a mini game, but a damn fun mini game that helps people get better more than zerg fights do.

When it comes to this "mistake" you mention I doubt many people will back you up and call it the same since reward system was atrocious at best before which is the situation we are in now.

Main reason why I personally would like the currency to be merged into one is because of luckluster reward system. It is not about the grind, it is about hit or miss luck rolls. Players want to work towards something, have goals and not just cross their fingers and prey once the loot option comes on the screen.

I read the forum and I know you don't care about what players want as you have your own ideas and goals but I still felt some kind of urge to share this with you (This is not a complaint, just something I and everyone I play with agrees on).

To toss this on a pile there is 1 perfect solution, destroy any kind of power gap between sets (which were used to balance classes anyway) and make all sets same stat wise but bit different to cater different specs.

You guys are doing great work so do not think that I do not appreciate all the work or that I am not happy I can even play the game.

EDIT: So yeah, now when I read your quote again, I just asked staff to explain themselves which I would really like but if you don't feel like it then just ignore this post.
