Community driven Commonly Known Issues

In an effort to decrease mis-information and reduce the number of similar threads I want to begin to develop a list of the commonly known issues in-game, things a new player would want to know and would assist them in transitioning to the server whether as a previous Live player or a totally new player.

However, I can't know everything, so I am looking for input from the community to help me out identifying issues. These will ideally be put into a new thread and displayed in a clear and obvious way to new comers.

There are these guides here already posted by Azarael:

But what else is out there, whether craft, PQs, PvE, Guilds and anything else like;
- you can be stuck in combat upon getting scenario pops using the .u command, while targeting yourself, in the /say chat channel will fix this.
- In a minor number of cases the mail delivery system fails to send associated mail, this predominetly effects Party Quest and Zone flip loot bags of the gold, purple, blue, green and white variety, our official stance is that we do not compensate for loss.
