Cant login to game

It started on March 15, I was kicked off the game in the morning and could not go into the game menu even. I'm launching a launcher, and my connection button is not active!
Wеb server is red and login server is yellow

If you were working before, and it suddenly stopped, I would consider your ISP being a **** or other software on your PC that was installed recently. Antivirus, Firewall, or malware that screws with net connections. Try resetting your router and make sure you didn't install anything silly.

I have a dynamic ip, I even reinstalled the Windows to the same ... nothing helped, as if the server does not work

try using a vpn.
