Authentication fail on Character Select - Failed To Auth Session

Hey All,

So I will start off that I have browsed the forums extensively to try and find an answer this is issue. I am getting the following in the logs at character select:

Things I have done:

Ran Tracert to the 46.x.x.x IP There are over 30 hops. Everything after the 15th hop times out, which is odd.
AVG is Disabled until next login
Windows Defender is disabled
I have removed read/write restrictions on folders in game directory
Set all executables as "Run as Admin"

So it will time out and say something to the effect of login timeout in a modal box, and then closes. Any ides?
My apologies if this is a common occurrence, but can't seem to find a solution.

Ok so after 45 minutes trying to login this morning I finally got a good login. Here is the difference between a success and fail

I have setup a DMZ, to no avail. I have (temporarily) completely uninstalled virus protection. I was in a VPN selecting multiple locations to connect from which didn't work. I eventually am able to connect, but it definitely seems random, and 45 minutes is a bit long to be trying. Anyone have any ideas of what I am missing?

Most common cause I've seen due to this error is related to conflicting processes. Usually something like Asus assist and utility programs are the culprits. If you've got any programs that are similar, try ending the process and logging in.
