Charr hangs if screen in the door of the guilds loads tavern

Hello, my character lvl 34 kotbs hangs if screen in the door of the guilds loads tavern firmly(hard) if I login this becomes immediately after the loading screen plays gecrasht I am not able any more with this character login this play falls immediately from after the loading screen please around help(aid)
