The intent is there, I believe, but better class synergy needs to be employed when making wbs. People need to use discord too (I simply can't accept its that much of a hassle to click a link outside the game)

You know its time to up the communication and synergies game when Phalanx get the reputation for being meticulous.

Well the fact that they dominate current order rvr guilds should be indicative of this, and that - as you said - change is needed.

You know what sometimes grinds my gears? I see a lot of this "6 person only" mentality. If, for example, 9 people is going to vastly improve your survivability in RvR and actually make your group a threat, why not do it? Even those godly players everyone gripes about roll with a small off group sometimes. UNLEASH YOUR BEAST!!! (I understand you cant q)

Phalanx runs a tight ship in their warbands. All players spec for, and run tactics that will give the warband the biggest advantage in open RVR. Haojun knows what he is doing, and most importantly knows how to lead a warband. They are all in comms and blob when the "Blob on me" command is issued. So yes, Phalanx is meticulous as per their reputation.

But these guys only need 5?!?!

EDIT: Will possibly try to implement this maneuver into our groups. So if group lead says "FLUKE SLAP", everyone will know what to do.

Just no...

So you want order to leave their guilds and join yours like you suggested in your ridiculous post? lol you're a joke if you don't downsize and use voice communication.
Orders problem has been and will forever be bad players who need 20 people around them to feel confident enough to fight. I can't begin to tell you the amount of scens where

By all means sir consolidate the legion of windowlickers with forum begging to congregate in a ball of zerg. Sorry dude but some of us played live or have a brain enough to know flanking and hitting a larger force with experienced smaller units is better then clumsily attempting to steamroll their numbers with a zerg (AS IF IT WASN'T TRIED BEFORE) you won't wipe destruction you will simply feed them.
and in case you didn't know dogstar half the people you invite to your fail bands switch destro the second there is profit in wiping your keep attempt keeping teams smaller means keeping teams more honest i would rather 12 good players i can physically hear and have screened personally and know they aren't going to jump ship then 40 i'm not entirely sure of when the pressure kicks in.

Clearing a few things up.

1. We run premade not pugs, which as of a few weeks back due to us disbanding our smaller guild and merging.
2. We are all in voice comms.
3. Nobody Switches realms if we are losing, we keep going.
4. We have an alliance of people who are willing to coordinate and join the warbands
5. Get your head out of your ass.

Is dogstar a member of your guild? Is he asking people to give up their guilds for yours or did you not read that the quote you used was addressed to him.

He's one of several warband leaders in the guild. So when addressed his 'failband' you were addressing all 24+ of us who play together regularly. Thats why I responded to you.
