beastlord kill leech

hello,

i would like to know what's the point to spend many time and time to find BL lair bosses up, when the kill can be leeched from both realms destro and order without take the credit?

i have killed 6-7 lair bosses without take anytime a single kill for the quest cause other parties leeched it, order/destru ofc.

Could be done something for that?

Same here!

I love to fight about the lairs with order groups but it is a real "pain the ass" if the kill gets snatched by another group of the same faction.

You've been set up a pug group, patiently waiting for respawn, stood your ground against Order and the moment it spawns a Dps group of your faction appears and nukes it.
It is frustrating as a healer. Your group, especially your "kept alive" Tank had been the reason the dps-group could even made their snatch possible.

Just ranting...

I'm totally aware that the way the lairs are set up and designed with the best solution technically possible right now...

... but if it the above happens on every boss during a couple of spawns over several hours in a row .... you just want to give someone a high five ... in the face ... with a chair.

Put a permanent enemy mark on them and leave them to die with no heals in the rvr lakes every chance you can get to flee while they stuck in combat. Then proceed to /lol at them and ignore their pleas for rez.

nah... while heal-ignore sounds good, I join lakes/sc's to win.

And on the other side, I can totally understand why this happens. It's a race for the last hit and that is easier to win by bringing more dps than the typical 2/2/2 "tank-grp" (assuming low to mid level geared, typical /5 pug).
No one would happily step aside and let the other group, who had been first on spot, do there business when there is a chance to get it done without having to wait another hour starring on the spawn point.

If I wouldn't know I would feel bad about it, I would probably bring my own 5 dps/1heal group, screw another group and be done with it. But we are, compared to community's of official games, pretty manageable and the backfire of being a "****" for some shinies isn't worth it to me.

Just wait s couple weeks and the boss kill hysteria is over. But yeah Its a good leason to be learned from a game dev perspective. Better having everyone assisting getting the rewards then isolated groups coz it causes internal animosity.
Should be competative between the realms not groups within the same realm.

That could be reduced significantly if kill credit got awarded to a group that did biggest dmg to lair boss instead of last hit kb.

I assume though that implementation of this system to quest completion is impossibe atm / hard / could not be implemented before patch ship date?

Same stuff was happening back in the day of T1 lair times when loot from bosses was awarded to those who did last blow. I even snatched few loot/kills like that from order myself haha

If it's being stolen by members of your own realm, speak to them and request that they don't do it/they have the next one. Our guild and CCM were able to help eachother out, and not infringe upon one another's 'territory', and we both ended up getting our beastlord relatively easy.

First group to tag the boss after boss reset is a better way then damage tho as not all groupcomps can compete on the same dps output. For example a group of 2x DoK healers a sorc 2X SH is gonna have much higher dps output with the pets and procs and using the melee heals compared to a group of Sham/ZE running 2 Marauders for example.
