Solved - ISSUE login into the game

i am Trying to log into the game everything goes well no issue or anything, it does connect to the server as soon as it connect before it load my caracter screen the window close automaticly rigth away. Rip

i did read all the thread for solution nothing is exactly the same as my problem... i asked someone i truce to log into my account to try everything happen exactly the same way as mine. i did try to uninstal, re download the game completly just in case still not working. My ingame caracter name is ranker(main) account name is jptefou same as forum name.

last thing i did ingame was buying token(trophy) from ruin fragment at the new vendor... no idea if it has anything to do with it well

Well it has nothing to do with my game files or launcher cause i had someone eles trying to log on my account and he couldn't log on it but he able to long on his own acc from his pc.

i guess im lost then rip Ranker 2017

You sure you didn't create a new character? This is in your 7th charslot.
