Missing all my characters

Hello, I was in the recent fires in Gatlinburg Tennessee where my house was burnt along with the 1200 other houses that burned. I have not played in the previous 2 months due to obviously my computer was lost and we have been living in a hotel room until our house is rebuilt. My question is I had several characters in T4, Patch; my WP ... Emissary; my Kotbs ... Emberssary; my BW ... now though I have logged in and all my characters are gone, I see through the armory a toon named Patch as a level 1 engineer and I had to restart my kotbs at 1. What happened in the last two months? Did we get a restart?

Not that I mind, as they were all low level but all of my characters were also wiped.

We have not had a wipe in the recent few months so if it was 2 months ago that you played last then they should still be around. Search the armory if you can find their names, if they are there you probably did not log into the correct account.

Hello, I am also missing all of my characters, nor is it giving me an option to make any new ones... I am returning after about 10 months, but my characters are still on the armory and i am fairly certain this is my account.
