175 ballistic seed bugged?

Apologies if this is in the wrong section. I submitted a bug report in game, but it didnt give a confirmation or anything that it went through.

I got 3 special moments/crits off of the 175 ballistic seed, and instead of receiving the 200 ballistic seed ingredient, I instead got a level 1 molotov potion ingredient. (RIP my rhyas loams) This happened on all 3 of the occurrences. When I asked in advice chat, a few had mentioned it happened to them as well, and that it had been going on for a while, with no bug reports being answered, so I just wanted to bring this to the devs attention on here in hopes we could get it fixed.
