
Problem: Each of these classes has self and group enhancing abilities with short duration's that are required in order to reach their maximum burst potentials. If the MDPS player wants to deliver the most damage possible upon reaching a target, they must either:
-Use their self buffing abilities first, then charge and have a reduced duration of self buffing abilities upon arrival (All the while they can be slowed, knocked down, knocked back, disarmed and silenced, rendering their pre-charge self buffs completely invalid by the time they actually fire off an ability.
or
-Charge to their target, and then spend a GCD or two while standing toe to toe with, but not delivering any ability damage to their target who is now keenly aware of and responding to the charge.
Proposal: Allow the following abilities to be used while under the effects of Charge! without canceling the movement speed increase.
