COD scams, asking for a fix.

Not sure if a bug or not but will COD mail items be sent back after 30 days? Was scammed out of an item for sale cause someone asked to COD it to them. Then i was informed that I would not be getting any money or my item back

Anyways I am not asking for anything back. Just maybe a fix so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

its not a bug, but sadly a feature not implemented yet afaik, similar to how AH got a fix quite recently to expire unsold items.
