Costume screen

Will we see (in the far or close Future), a window in character page (like in Age of Conan) that allows us to put the gear we like the look of to replace the appearance of our current gear? Is that even possible to do in any way?

You are able to do this now, click the "Appearance" box on your character sheet and drop in an item you'd like to have the appearance changed to.

Note that the item needs to say "Alternate appearance available" for you to be able to change it.

What, like in Age of Conan? Or just an item appearance change?
Because I actually mean a screen that allows you to flick between two appearances on will exactly like in AoC

Never bothered with AoC, someone else will have to chime in.

I believe all we have here is an item appearance change.

Ugh, item appearance change is always a pain in the ass... A simple alt appearance equipment screen would make it so much easier...and no need to change high tier gear appearance all the time.

I mean, it's a pretty simple process. Click the "Appearance" box on your character sheet, drag the item you'd like to change the appearance to, and then uncheck the box. Now your old gear looks like the new item you've dropped in. So, there is a screen for this, unless I'm confused about what you're asking.

Ok, I will explain it differently. Imagine the default character screen with all gear stats etc, items in that screen give you stats. In AoC, you can click some option to open a "second" gear window, there, you drag items that appear on your character, but give no stats, only stats from the first first window give you stats, the second screen is for appearance only, and you can disable it at any time.

Yes, have you tried what I've been telling you?

This is exactly what the "appearance" box on your character sheet does, it's a very simple transmog system.

You don't like the look of that crappy robe you have on? Click the "Appearance" box, drop in a sweet dapper looking robe, then uncheck the box. You keep the stats from your crappy robe, with the dope style of your new robe.

Ah wait, so I misunderstood you? You mean that the appearance replaces the appearance permanently or is it on a separate window? Cuz I am getting confused here now XD
