No launcher when installing

Hey, I've looked around a little and can't find the solution for this problem, sorry if it's already been solved somewhere.

Just torrented everything like I was told. There's no launcher, the options I have are warpatch.exe, WAR.exe and testpatch.exe.
None of these work and I've looked through the folders for anything I might've missed.

Is there a link somewhere that I've missed which lets me download the launcher?
or
Is one of my options a launcher that doesn't work?

Any help would be nice. I've missed playing this game.

Right click the launcher > Properties

Click Unblock

Launcher needs to be in your WAR folder.

Seems like you're going to need to take some screenshots and elaborate on the problem you're having. These one sentence replies don't help anyone understand what the issue is.

That's the download page for the launcher I provide. Choose free user download and it should begin (if the page loads again after clicking download but nothing happens, click free user again).

Alternatively, using the link Grim provided works also.
