Is there any Impact from renown rank to spells or something ?

No.
There is no impact, before rr80.
After this (on live) you got "1 rank" per 4 renown ranks. (basically as if you were 1 level higher)

You get extra mastery points from RR that can be spent however you like. Starting from RR40 -80, each 10 RR one point. And you get a larger AP pool at RR 65 and 75.

25 at 65 and 25 at 75, although I'm not sure if that's the case here, too.

Wasn't Dhar Winds and the BW equivalent suppose to scale with RR rank? Same with the mechanic damage on BW/Sorc? 1.4.9 patch that is.

You do not recieve a larger AP pool at 65 nor 75, it stays at 250.
